A rare hard to find clam shaped Michel Caugant terrine.
To the base it is marked with the classic Caugant label maker mark, this is quite faint.
A rarer find this clam would look fantastic in a bathroom, kitchen or on a dressing table as a trinket pot.
This vintage clam is in good vintage condition, there are no chips or cracks. Some light crazing but nothing too bad or to detract from the piece, these flaws are common as they are hand painted.
